UNCONVENTIONAL IS THE WAY

SALVADOR DALI'

 

Buongiorno mondo! What a great artist...Dalì, such an unconventional man, able to catch the public attention and create new trends. He was a real representative of the XX  century star system , so original in the choice of the subjects to paint, in fashion projects  and the well...the films he produced result to be pretty weird to the common observer :D an example is the famous "Un chien andalou" from the 1929. 

Today I present "Galatea of the spheres" made in 1937 by Dalì. I found really difficult to work on this painting, especially because of the geometry...and yeah, you first need to sketch on canvas before messing up with brushes and colours :D 

Honestly I'm satisfied with the result, especially with the colours that result so bright! Apart of the spheres, do you see anything or anyone else?
